Customers may return items only if they are unused and in their original packaging. This ensures that all products remain in pristine condition.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@pawsandpints.store with your proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your product.
Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours with next steps and will issue your refund as soon as the product has been returned to us.
